We were invited to the Town Hall for what we were told was a “group photo following our successful application for a £300 grant”.
OMG! We absolutely did not expect to receive a Civic Award and it is not an exageration to say that it rendered us speechless – which is quite an achievement in itself!
It is true to say that our activities keep us very busy, but we do also get such delight in the response and support that we receive from so many people in the community. We absolutely could not achieve what we do without this support – thank you Crowborough!!
